Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Linda's beautiful and very tastefully furnished apartment. We lacked nothing and loved the fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the beach, the ocean, and the sunrise and sunset. The apartment is on the 8th floor, very quiet, and located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. In addition to the parking spaces belonging to the apartment complex (fenced and guarded), there are shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. We have been coming to the Sunbird (804E) for years. We always have a great time. Linda (the owner) is always available if needed. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded here. It's a little off the beaten path. The use of the two beach lounge chairs is a bonus. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. We like to sit on their pier and have some appetizers and watch the waves come in. The king bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable and if you want to take a nap you can make it like night time in there. Highly recommended. Phillip and family. (Owner note, the bed is a Queen)

We've been coming here for years. Linda is always so easy to work with. The condo is in a perfect spot and always clean. The best part for me is the bed is so comfortable because there's nothing worse than not being able to sleep well on vacation because of an uncomfortable matress. Being able to use the beach chair service for free is wonderful.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication before our trip, the condo was immaculate and smelled wonderful when we checked in. Linda was always available to answer our questions. We had great views of the Gulf And there was so much to do and see in the area. We enjoyed Ripley’s believe it or not, the Sea dragon pirate cruise, and Race City amusements. We’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Had everything we needed, and was very clean. When we arrived we discovered that the protective liner on the sofa bed had been soiled, and needed replacing. We notified the owner and she had it replaced immediately. The Sunbird is very well maintained and much easier access than some of the adjacent and larger condos. Perfect. Will be going back.

Linda’s place was immaculate. If you’re looking for a place with friends or family getaway this is the place. Clean and beautiful location. Place has everything you’ll need and Linda was always there if we had any questions. Look forward to booking again 10/10 vacay!

It is always enjoyable staying at 804 E. This was probably our 5th or 6th time. Very relaxing, beautiful view, and LOVE the free beach chairs. While my wife and i discussed maybe trying somewhere different next year, we realize there is nothing to compare to the Sunbird.

We loved staying here with our small family of three. We saw some amazing sunsets and the views were amazing. We loved that Walmart and Pineapple Willy’s were so close by and able to walk to them. We felt secure and very comfortable. It was exactly the relaxation we needed for a week before heading back to chaotic life. Just living beach life is what the doctor ordered. Would recommend to other couples and small families. The Corums

The condo was wonderful. Amazing view, beautiful sunsets, saw lots of devil rays and dolphins from the balcony. The condo was quiet, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. It was very nice being right on the beach. Check in was a breeze and communication with Linda was great. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would have liked the bedroom to be darker at night, perhaps black out curtains, but other than that everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our vacation very much! Linda was a wonderful host! The condo was beautiful and had everything for an enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to visit again in the future.

Thankfully we didn't need to And And the weather was perfect. Linda is analyzing host and this was my 2nd time in her condo and it will not be my last. It is literally perfect. The added touches like hotel like samples of shampoo are so thoughtful. The views from the balcony are beyond beautiful.

Not only is Linda easy to work with, her place is amazing! The place had everything we needed and more! We loved the location which is easy to get anywhere, and Linda is so easy to get a hang of. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Always enjoy staying at 804-E. Last week must have been our 7th year to go. I believe the best selling point, is the access to the daily use of the beach chairs. Did a lot of reading, and even came out in evenings, to enjoy the sunsets. Looking forward to a return trip.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks after Labor Day like we do every year. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, and the owner is always a pleasure to deal with. We used to stay different places every year until a few years ago and now we don't stay anywhere but this condo.

The best, most unstressed vacation we have had in a long time! Room had everything you could ever think of included & stocked. The view from this room was breathtaking. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Linda was super helpful & answered all questions we had before & during our trip. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay! Came down for a baseball tournament. The condo was clean and well kept. It was within walking distance to some shopping, food and entertainment. Having the pool, beach access with the chairs was great! It was very quite around the complex. We would definitely recommend and come back to the same place. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was super clean and had many choices of inside entertainment since I was sick the first day of our stay. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen and the bed is comfortable. It may not sound like much but the elevators were super fast. Sunbird is a good place to stay with security and cleanliness. Linda was great to work with and we are looking forward to our next visit to Panama City Beach.

We have stayed in this unit several times and found that the owner’s are committed to making our stays enjoyable with great communication and expeditious action for any small issues encountered. We stayed at 804E at the Sunbird this week and had a WONDERFUL experience. Linda was a please to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. The room was a perfect fit for four people and we love how the property is set up with multiple pools in case one may be busy. It is a great location within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's and even Walmart. We actually ran into several people we knew surprisingly staying in the same building which was funny...must mean its a popular place and many enjoy it! The beach chair usage that was included in our rental was wonderful as well. My favorite things about the unit specifically include: the bed...it was so incredibly comfortable. We also love the décor and furniture. The rustic gray hardwood floors were gorgeous. (I would like to have them in my own home). One thing that stood out to me is how well the condo was stocked with items we needed, plenty of dishes, electronics, pots, pans, etc. The décor was adorable as well. I loved the modern style that gave you the beach house feel. It was a great rental and we couldn't have asked for a better unit. Great property, great people to rent from, and great experience.
